Every order that is placed by our customer's is shipped to our customers within the period been followed in 1billx.com Customers have the liberty to place their order on Saturdays and Sundays too but the shipment, procedure starts from the next business day. Once we send the product for shipment an email will be sent to the concerned customer, which will contain the tracking code and other details about the product.

There are two type of shipping means carried in 1billx.com If you choose for regular shipping, it will take 15-17 days for the package to reach your doorstep. On the other hand, if you are happy with express shipping it takes 7-10 days for the parcel to reach your place.

The shipment of parcel is done as per the information been provided to us by the customer. So we assure our customers that the package will reach them in the best ways as per the time been given to them as per our company policy.

  • Every product that is shipped from 1billx.com Has a unique tracking code, which is secretly mailed to the customer. Hence, the customer can keep a tab on the product that is reaching them.

  • If the product is sent to a wrong address or in an improper way the customer can claim a complain and place order again. The shipment will be done free of cost.
